Customer Supply Chain Manager

Bones Coffee Company is a family-owned, flavor-forward specialty coffee brand known for its bold, creative flavors and passionate community. We sell across direct-to-consumer, marketplace, wholesale, and mass retail channels. Our continued growth is creating an opportunity for a strategic and analytical Customer Supply Chain Manager to drive service excellence, cost optimization, and profitable growth across our customer network. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Planning, Operations, and Logistics to ensure exceptional customer performance while balancing service, cost, cash, and growth objectives.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end customer supply chain performance, including service, inventory, cost-to-serve, compliance, and order fulfillment.
• Act as the primary supply chain partner for key customer accounts, connecting commercial and operational teams.
• Analyze customer and network performance to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Lead cost-to-serve analysis and develop recommendations that improve profitability and customer outcomes.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to evaluate growth opportunities, promotions, inventory strategies, and operational trade-offs.
• Monitor key performance indicators including OTIF, inventory health, customer compliance, and logistics costs.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Collaborate with customers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to strengthen performance and execution.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer operations, or related fields within CPG, retail, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Experience with cost-to-serve analysis, forecasting, inventory management, and customer supply chain programs.
• Knowledge of CPFR, OTIF, EDI/ASN processes, deductions management, and retail customer requirements.
• Advanced Excel and business intelligence skills (Power BI, Tableau, Scintilla, or similar tools).
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both operational and executive stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a bias for action.
