FlowAccount is Thailand’s leading cloud-based accounting software. We’re looking for Customer Support to help customers use our platform and provide advice on accounting and tax-related matters.

What You’ll Do

• Advise customers on FlowAccount, accounting, and tax
• Support customers via Phone, Email & Live Chat
• Collect customer feedback and work with the Product team

What We’re Looking For

• Vocational Certificate, Higher Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year of accounting experience; fresh graduates are welcome
• Accounting firm experience is a plus
• Good communication and computer skills
• Fast learner, adaptable, and customer-oriented

Working Schedule

• 5 days/week, 2 days off
• Choose your preferred shift each month
• 4 shifts: 08:00–17:00 / 09:00–18:00 / 11:00–20:00 / 13:00–22:00
• WFH around 1–2 weeks/month, depending on schedule
• First 3 months: 100% office-based
