Customer Support - Accounting Specialist

We’re looking for an Accounting Support Analyst (Customer Support) to join our team in delivering high-quality support to clients using accounting software products. In this role, you’ll work in a collaborative environment, providing assistance to customers through multiple channels—including phone, email, chat, and web.

• Provide expert-level support to clients, addressing complex issues.
• Utilize advanced accounting knowledge to assist clients with their inquiries and troubleshooting needs.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, product managers, and senior staff to resolve issues efficiently.
• Document all client interactions and solutions in our case tracking system.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest features and best practices of Costpoint.
• Mentor and assist junior analysts with inquiries and case resolutions.
• Must be knowledgeable in and utilize AI tools to help streamline tasks.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness.
• This position operates during U.S. business hours

Qualifications :

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field (Preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Software Support, or Accounting Support via call, chat or email —preferably in areas such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets
• Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and apply refined problem-solving skills
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Superb customer service skills with a strong client-focused mindset
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willing to work Night Shift (9PM - 6AM) PH Time
