Customer Support Administrator

Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Customer Support Administrator.
  
Contract: 3 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $45 p/h + Super
  
Responsibilities: 

• Support members of the public with navigating and using the new online booking platform.
• Promote the use of the new system and assist customers who may be less confident with digital bookings.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Provide on-site support at key parks and reserves during the initial launch, as well as office-based customer support.
• Engage directly with the community in parks and open spaces, acting as a friendly concierge and ambassador for the new booking system.
• Identify and record common customer questions, issues and feedback to help Council improve the overall customer experience.

Essential:

• Current driver's licence is essential
• 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
• Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
