Customer Support Advisor

Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm | Optional Saturdays | Guaranteed base pay plus bonuses | mmediate start

We’re hiring a Customer Support Advisor to represent established clients and retailers at live campaigns. You’ll help customers understand their options and provide support from the initial enquiry through to registration.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with customers and understand what they need
• Explain products, services and current offers
• Answer questions clearly and accurately
• Support registrations and customer updates
• Keep customer information accurate
• Work towards individual and team targets
• Represent each client professionally
