We’re looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Liverpool team. You’ll work directly with customers, answering questions, providing clear information and helping create a positive experience for the brands we represent.

Your Day-to-Day

• Speaking with customers
• Listening to questions and understanding individual needs
• Providing clear information about products and services
• Helping customers explore suitable options
• Supporting registrations and customer enquiries
• Representing client brands professionally
• Working alongside the team to maintain strong service standards

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused role can be helpful, but isn’t essential.
