Customer Support Advisor

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience by:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
• Processing customer requests accurately and efficiently
• Keeping customers informed on the progress of orders and enquiries
• Investigating and resolving customer queries
• Preparing and issuing quotations and other customer documentation
• Managing customer records and maintaining accurate system information
• Working closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Supporting continuous improvement of customer service processes
• Delivering a professional, friendly and responsive service at all times

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A confident and friendly telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to work accurately in a busy environment
• A positive and collaborative attitude

Pay: £25,900.00-£26,500.00 per year

Work Location: In person
