This is a great opportunity to join a busy multi-skilled Contact Centre team dealing with enquiries through multiple channels, e.g. face to face, telephone, social media, webform, and web-chat.

We are looking for regular support in both our Totnes and Tavistock offices. At present the Tavistock Reception is open on a Tuesday 9-4.30pm and the Totnes Reception is open Monday-Friday 9-4.30pm. When not covering Reception agile working is standard though working from either office is also available.

Your main duties will be to manage and resolve customer issues through a range of channels (voice and text based) all managed and controlled through a single software system. You will also support and encourage customer empowerment and self-service. We invest in new technology to support you helping customers including; multi-language support, one-way video calls (so you can see what the customer sees), and AI support.

We are open to part time work focused on supporting times of higher demand.
