Customer Support Agent

• Handle customer queries through calls/chat/email.
• Assist with hotel and flight bookings.
• Handle cancellations, modifications and refund-related queries.
• Resolve booking, payment, hotel and travel issues.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines and internal teams when required.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and meet quality/productivity targets.
• Follow company policies and escalation procedures.

Skills required:

• Excellent English communication.
• Customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotational/night shifts for international processes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
