About the Role

We are hiring motivated candidates for a Work From Home Customer Support position. The selected candidate will assist customers and provide professional support for companies operating in the stock market and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls and provide professional assistance.

Respond to customer queries through calls and messages.

Explain company services and processes clearly.

Maintain professional communication with customers.

Follow assigned work procedures and daily responsibilities.

Maintain basic records of customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.

Must be fluent in both Hindi and English.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, internet and communication applications.

Comfortable working independently from home.
