Customer Support Agent

Our client is a leading holistic wellness organization dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle, and integrative health programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lead creation, allocation, verification, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate client onboarding and PDMR completion for a seamless program journey.
• Handle CRM and IT support by raising and tracking system-related tickets.
• Process refunds, program transfers, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Track installment payments, invoices, and coordinate with Finance for timely resolution.
• Manage employee referral tracking and monthly payout coordination.
• Maintain operational trackers, support the Sales team, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in BBA ,B.com, Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success, CRM Administration, Backend Operations, or Client Coordination.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and process-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in handling payments, operational documentation, or client support will be an added advantage.
