Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team in BSD, Tangerang.

The role involves supporting customers who use our CRM, ERP and other business software solutions. You will communicate with customers, understand their questions or issues, provide guidance, and coordinate with our internal team when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through chat, slack, email and support tickets
• Understand customer questions and provide clear solutions
• Guide customers on using our software and services
• Identify and report technical issues to the relevant team
• Follow up on open customer requests
• Maintain professional and friendly communication
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams
• Learn our products and internal processes

Requirements

• Good written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and web-based applications
• Basic understanding of CRM, ERP or business software is an advantage
• Good problem-solving skills
• Patient and professional when communicating with customers
• Able to learn new systems quickly
• Organized and responsible with follow-ups
• Able to work on-site
