Business VA Hub is looking for professional, calm, and reliable Customer Support Agents to support a growing e-commerce/DTC brand.

We’re looking for experienced customer support professionals who can communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and provide an excellent customer experience.

PositionCustomer Support Agent – DTC / E-Commerce

• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday
• Work Setup: Remote

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally
• Assist with orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and delivery issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Provide friendly, timely, and professional support
• Help maintain a positive customer experience and high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous DTC or e-commerce customer support experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Professional, calm, and patient personality
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Reliable and responsive
• Comfortable handling customer complaints and escalations
• Experience with email and live chat support
• Able to commit to 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
