Customer Support Agent

Job Description:

• Provide assistance to customers by answering questions and offering excellent service.
• Identify customer issues and implement effective solutions to meet their needs.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer communications and account activities.
• Partner with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and service goals.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience in the BPO industry is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting retail, e-commerce, or B2B accounts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is highly preferred.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
