We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role provides entry-level technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide sub-Tier 1 technical support to customers and distributors.
• Support ticket creation and basic troubleshooting for customers with hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Document support interactions, escalations and resolutions.
• Assist with customer account administration and support activities.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and basic troubleshooting.
• Web UI proficiency
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or technical support experience.
• Technical training, associate degree, or equivalent experience.

Work Schedule

• Part-time position with availability from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern
• This is an in-person position.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 32.0 per week
