Customer Support Agent | 1-day Process

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative (Voice) to provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound/outbound calls. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Fresh graduates and career shifters are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Process approved adjustments, requests, or service actions according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared customer service goals.
• Follow attendance, schedule, communication, and workplace policies.
• Stay updated on company policies, products, services, and process changes.
• Assist customers with service requests from initial inquiry through resolution.

Qualifications

• At least High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
