Pine Hosting

About Pine Hosting
Pine Hosting runs game servers for players and communities: Minecraft, Rust, ARK, Palworld, Project Zomboid, Unturned, Valheim, Hytale and more. We run our own hardware and our own game panel, and we care a lot about the support side. Fast, friendly, actually-helpful replies are a big part of why customers stay with us.

Help with server setup, mods and plugins, configs, performance problems and general hosting questions

Troubleshoot issues in our game panel and escalate properly when something needs a sysadmin or developer

Handle billing questions in our client area (upgrades, renewals, refunds, cancellations)

Write and update help articles when you notice the same question coming up

Pass customer feedback and recurring problems back to the team

Help with outreach and sales, such as following up with leads and pointing customers to the right plan
