Customer Support Agent - Veterinary Services

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our fast paced veterinary team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers & pets, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, in person.
• Provide accurate information regarding services.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic preferred.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Comfortable with outbound calling as part of follow-up procedures.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to type efficiently while engaging in conversations with customers.
