Customer Support & Community Executive

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing customer queries across CodeWithHarry’s website and support channels, ensuring timely resolution of learner concerns, while also supporting LinkedIn content management and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle learner and customer queries related to courses, payments, access, certificates, refunds, and other support issues.
• Website Queries: Monitor and respond to queries received through the CodeWithHarry website, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Query Resolution & Escalation: Resolve routine issues independently and coordinate with the Tech, Sales, or Operations teams for complex queries.
• LinkedIn Management: Monitor CodeWithHarry’s LinkedIn page, respond to relevant comments/messages, and maintain regular engagement with the audience.
• Content Reposting: Repost relevant CodeWithHarry updates, achievements, announcements, and team content on LinkedIn while maintaining consistency with the brand voice.
• Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with learners and followers by providing helpful, professional, and timely communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
