We are looking for a friendly, confident, empathetic, and well-organized female professional to join our team as a Customer Care & Coordination Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers by providing information about our services.
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct customer follow-ups and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Pleasant, polite, patient, and empathetic personality.
• Good computer, WhatsApp, and email skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in customer care, healthcare/wellness, or administration will be an advantage.
