Outsource Teams places skilled Filipino professionals in long-term, full-time roles with businesses in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. You work from home as part of one client's team, with support from our Manila-based account managers and our own staff platform for onboarding, daily reports and timesheets.

The Role

We are hiring several non-voice team members for our Australian and UK clients. Openings include:

• Customer support by email and ticket
• Live chat support
• Data entry and data cleansing
• General non-voice admin support
• Content moderation

What You Will Do

• Answer customer emails, tickets and chat messages accurately and on time
• Enter, check and update data in CRMs, spreadsheets and online systems
• Follow written processes and keep clean, organised records
• Flag issues early and send a short end-of-day report to your team

Requirements

• Excellent written English: grammar, spelling and tone are tested
• Typing speed of 40 WPM or more with high accuracy
• At least 1 year in customer support, chat support, data entry or admin. Fresh graduates with excellent written English are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias, Intercom or HubSpot experience is a plus
• Your own computer that can run the tools above, a headset, and reliable internet of at least 25 Mbps with a backup connection. We run a speed and hardware test before you start.
• A quiet home workspace

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift (Philippine time) aligned with Australian and UK business hours. No overnight shifts.
