Customer Support & Event Operations

We’re looking for a Customer Support & Event Operations Executive to join our team and manage customer queries and event-related operations for our event booking platform.

Location: Navi Mumbai
Role: Customer Support & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone, and email.
• Resolve issues related to bookings, payments, tickets, refunds, and events.
• Assist customers with check-in, QR codes, and seating-related queries.
• Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle customer escalations professionally.
• Monitor bookings, cancellations, payments, and customer requests.
• Coordinate with Event, Sales, Finance, and Tech teams.
• Support event-day operations and resolve on-ground issues.
• Maintain records of complaints, refunds, and resolutions.
• Prepare basic MIS and operational reports.

Who Would Be a Good Fit:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple issues in a fast-paced event environment.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Prior experience in customer support, event operations, ticketing, or a similar role is a plus.
