Role Overview

We're looking for a Customer Support & Project Coordinator to help provide great customer service while supporting day-to-day operations. This role is primarily focused on customer support, with opportunities to assist with inventory, product relabeling, and special projects as needed.

We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible who enjoys working with people and being part of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and assist with orders, shipping updates, and general inquiries.
• Help resolve customer concerns and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Assist with order processing and customer account updates.
• Help with inventory counts, product organization, and garment relabeling.
• Support special projects and daily tasks as needed.
• Assist with basic data entry and updates in business systems.
• Work with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40–50 lbs as needed.
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks such as organizing inventory, handling merchandise, and relabeling products.

What We're Looking For

• Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Reliable, positive, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable helping with both computer-based tasks and hands-on inventory work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Apparel or inventory experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Location: In person

• Pay: $40,000–$55,000 per year
