We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Support & Sales Executive – Lead Generation to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, handling customer queries, generating potential leads, and turning conversations into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, messages, and online outreach

• Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication

• Identify customer needs and introduce relevant real estate services

• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups

• Work closely with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets

• Provide a positive customer experience throughout the communication process

Requirements

• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Confident and professional communication style

• Previous experience in customer support, sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is preferred

• Ability to handle conversations with potential customers professionally

• Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn
