Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support & Sales Executives for the ICICI Prudential Life Insurance process. The role involves handling customer interactions, explaining insurance products, and supporting sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and queries professionally
• Explain insurance products and services
• Generate sales through effective communication and pitching
• Assist customers with relevant information
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Achieve assigned performance and sales targets

Requirements

• HSC / 12th Pass or Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Comfortable with insurance sales
• Good customer-handling and convincing skills
• Prior experience in voice process, sales, banking, or insurance is an advantage

Shift Details

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Rotational week off
