Designation: Customer Support & Sales

Role & responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients through online search
• Outbound Cold Calls to gather precise data
• Convert incoming order request Via calls and emails
• Assist customers in navigating our products/services, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to their problems.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for first-contact conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be ok with US shift hours
• Experience in Sales process Outbound Calling
• Excellent spoken & writing communication
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
