Customer Support & Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential and existing customers through outbound calls
• Explain products, offers and showroom promotions
• Generate qualified leads and customer walk-ins
• Follow up on enquiries and prospective customers
• Maintain accurate customer details and call feedback
• Coordinate with the sales team to support conversions
• Achieve daily calling, walk-in and conversion targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in Malayalam
• Basic English communication skills
• Confident, persuasive and customer-friendly approach
• Basic computer and Excel knowledge
• Previous telecalling, telesales, customer service or retail experience is preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference

Salary will be decided based on experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹8,887.16 - ₹15,000.00 per month
