Tello Mobile, the highly rated, contract-free U.S. wireless carrier known for its affordable and flexible plans, is growing! We’re hiring full-time Customer Support Assistants for our new office in Americus, Georgia.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be the face and voice of our company. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Assisting Customers: Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshooting customer issues, finding creative solutions, and ensuring a positive resolution.
• Account Management: Updating customer records, processing orders, and managing account details in our system.
• Product Expertise: Developing a deep understanding of our offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with team members and local leadership to continuously improve our service and office culture.

Schedule***&***Availability:

• To ensure we are always available for our customers, our Americus team operates on distinct, full-time schedule tracks (40 hours per week) that include some weekends, national holidays and evenings.
• All tracks feature an absolute finish time no later than 11:00 PM ET.
• We offer various schedule options to fit your lifestyle, including 8-hour and 10-hour shifts with both AM and PM start times.

Local College Students Welcome!

• Currently enrolled at a local technical college? After completing initial training, we offer adjusted schedule flexibility during production to help accommodate your class schedule.
• We offer flexible scheduling options once you complete onboarding and move into production, making it easier to balance your classes with a well-paying job.

Requirements:

We are looking for motivated individuals who bring positive energy to the office. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, empathetic tone.
• Reliability & Dependability: Exceptional attendance and punctuality are a must. Because we support our customers 24/7, our team relies on you to be present and ready for your scheduled shifts.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to navigate multiple computer screens, type efficiently, and learn new software quickly.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!
• Location: Reliable transportation to our Americus, GA office.
