Job Details

Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: Premium Blended Process (Voice & Chat Support)
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC per month

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
• Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) pass or above
• Age Limit: 18–30 years
• Communication: Fluent English communication is mandatory
• Comfortable handling customer queries through voice and chat
• Strong customer-handling, problem-solving and query-resolution skills

Work Schedule

• 6 days working
• 1 rotational week off
• Rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions.

• Assist customers through voice and chat support channels.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain service quality.

• Follow customer service procedures and ensure a positive customer experience.
