Role Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Associates who can handle customer interactions with clarity, patience, and a helpful approach. The focus of this role is to ensure a smooth and positive experience for customers across calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email
Understand customer issues and provide clear and simple solutions
Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions
Follow basic call handling structure (greeting, understanding, resolution, closing)
Document customer interactions clearly and accurately
Escalate issues when required

Language Requirements (Mandatory)
Excellent command over English and Hindi
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
Gujarati (optional) will be an added advantage

Customer Handling Skills (Core Focus)
Ability to listen carefully and understand customer concerns
Clear and simple communication (avoid complex or technical language)
Empathy and patience while dealing with customers
Ability to stay calm, especially in difficult situations
Willingness to help and take ownership of issues

Basic Skills RequiredBasic computer knowledge
