Customer Support Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls.
• Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi language proficiency an added advantage).
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
• Strong listening skills with ability to understand customers' concerns accurately.
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
