Your day might include

• Answering customer questions by phone, email, or chat.
• Helping with orders, accounts, updates, and general concerns.
• Listening carefully and finding practical solutions.
• Following up when an issue needs additional attention.
• Recording customer information and interaction details.
• Working with teammates to resolve more complex requests.
• Keeping every interaction friendly, clear, and professional.
