Customer Support Associate

Good customer support comes down to listening, understanding what someone needs, and making sure they feel looked after.

We're growing our New Orleans team and looking for a Customer Support Associate who brings that approach. You'll join a friendly, fast-moving environment where people are encouraged to learn, use their judgement, and support one another.

Your Day With Us

You'll work directly with customers, handling a mix of questions and requests while keeping things organised behind the scenes.

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear information
• Help resolve everyday questions and issues
• Keep customer records accurate and updated
• Follow up when something needs more attention
• Work with other teams to find the right solution
• Provide consistent, professional customer support

Who Fits In Well

We're looking for someone approachable, organised, and comfortable communicating with different people.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or administration is useful but not essential. Full paid training is provided.
