Customer Support Associate

As our Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first voice (and inbox reply) our customers hear from. You'll answer questions over phone, email, and chat, sort out order issues, and turn confused or frustrated customers into happy ones. It's fast-paced, it's people-focused, and no two shifts look the same.

What you'll do as our Customer Support Associate:

• Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat
• Troubleshoot order, billing, and account issues, and know when to loop in a specialist
• Log and track cases in our support platform (we use Zendesk)
• Hit daily response-time and satisfaction targets
• Flag recurring issues to the team so we can fix root causes, not just symptoms

What you'll bring:

• Clear written and verbal communication
• Comfort multitasking between chat windows, calls, and a CRM
• A calm, patient approach when someone's having a bad day
• Reliable availability for our Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm schedule (some Saturday coverage on a rotating basis)
