Customer Support Associate

Our Louisville support team works with customers across a range of products and services, so there isn’t much of a script-and-repeat culture here. We’re growing the team and looking for a Customer Support Associate who can get comfortable with the details, learn how things work, and become someone customers genuinely trust for an answer.

It’s a busy, down-to-earth team where you’ll learn quickly, know the people you work alongside, and have plenty of opportunities to become seriously good at customer support.

What Lands on Your Desk

• Customer questions across phone and email
• Account and order enquiries
• Product and service questions
• Requests that need investigating or following up
• Customer records that need updating
• The occasional unusual question that keeps the day interesting

The Kind of Person We Need

You don’t need a perfectly polished customer service background.

We’re more interested in someone who is switched on, dependable, comfortable talking to different personalities, and willing to find an answer rather than immediately passing the problem elsewhere.

Experience in customer support, retail, hospitality, reception, administration, or a call center can all translate well.

You’ll also have regular scheduled breaks, ongoing support, and opportunities to take on more responsibility as you gain experience.
