Customer Support Associate

Qualification: 2nd PUC / Higher Secondary Pass

Shift: Rotational Shift

Shift Window: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Shift Duration: 9 Hours including 1-hour break

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Training: 45 Days .

Eligibility

• Good English communication is mandatory
• English + any one regional language:
• Hindi
• Malayalam
• Immediate Joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues within defined timelines.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Billing, and Technical Support.
• Achieve defined customer satisfaction, response time, resolution time, and productivity targets.
• Follow company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
• Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling customer information.
