Shift: Rotational Shifts – Day & Night
Work Schedule: 5 Working Days + 2 Rotational Weekly Offs

QubriSource Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Associates to join our team in Chennai.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer customer calls and provide effective support
• Understand customer concerns and resolve queries
• Handle customers politely and professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements

SKILLS REQUIRED

Good English communication skills
Friendly and customer-focused attitude
Strong problem-solving ability
Basic knowledge of Windows computers
Good time management skills
Ability to work independently

ELIGIBILITY

High school diploma / equivalent or higher
0–2 years of experience
