What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding broadband internet services.
- Troubleshoot issues with LAN/WAN networks, including configuration and connectivity problems.
- Assist customers in resolving billing discrepancies and provide solutions for payment plans.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role within the telecom industry.
- Strong knowledge of broadband internet technologies (e.g., DSL, cable) and international voice processes.
- Ability to work effectively in an fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
