Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and assist customers with their queries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Give accurate information regarding products, services, or processes.
• Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful communication style.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and resolve basic issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Follow the company's standard operating procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
• Maintain good customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
• Follow the assigned process and meet service quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism while communicating with customers.
• Handle customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
