Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, follow-ups, and support requests. The candidate will be responsible for providing timely assistance and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and messages.
• Follow up with customers regarding their requirements and requests.
• Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
• Prepare and maintain customer-related reports when required.

Requirements

• BBA / B.Com / MBA graduate, preferably in Finance.
• Freshers can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial services or loan processes will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams.
