We’re hiring a Customer Support Associate to join our Fayetteville team.

We support customers for several clients across different industries, which gives the role a good amount of variety. Some customers will have a quick question, while others may need a little more help getting something sorted.

It’s a straightforward customer service position for someone who enjoys speaking with people and likes being part of a busy team.

A Typical Day

• Respond to customers by phone and email
• Answer questions about services and accounts
• Help with general requests, updates and changes
• Explain information clearly and provide next steps
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Keep customer details and notes accurate
• Speak with other departments to help resolve enquiries
• Pass on anything that requires additional support

The Person We Need

• You don’t need to come from a technical background.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception or a call center would be useful, but we’re open to different backgrounds.
• Being comfortable talking to people is the main thing. You should also be reliable, organised, a good listener and able to keep a friendly approach when things get busy.

Training is provided on the clients, services and systems you’ll use, so you’ll have time to get familiar with everything before handling customer enquiries independently.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
