Customer Support Associate

Our Landover office supports customers on behalf of several clients rather than one single company. The accounts cover areas including consumer services, retail, business services and general customer care.

That variety is a big part of the job. You’ll learn how different client accounts operate, who their customers are and how enquiries should be handled.

We’re looking for someone who is good with people, listens properly and can communicate clearly without making things more complicated than they need to be.

A typical week could involve:

Answering customer calls
Responding to email enquiries
Checking account information
Following up on existing requests
Updating customer records
Explaining services or processes
Escalating issues to the correct team
Switching between different client accounts

Monday to Friday

The position is full-time and office-based in Landover. You’ll work alongside other Customer Support Associates and have access to the information, systems and account procedures needed to handle enquiries.

Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm
Schedule: Monday–Friday
