The Role

The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for handling customer requests from start to finish. You’ll review account information, answer questions, make updates, and coordinate with other teams when a request needs further action.

The role is a good fit for someone who is organized, comfortable speaking with customers, and likes resolving issues rather than simply passing them on.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer questions by phone and email
• Review account details and confirm customer information
• Process routine service requests and updates
• Document customer interactions in internal systems
• Track open requests and complete required follow-ups
• Explain account or service information clearly
• Identify issues that need to be reviewed by another team
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date
• Follow established procedures for each customer account

What We’re Looking For

Previous customer support, retail, hospitality, reception, or office experience is helpful, but not required.

You should be comfortable speaking with customers, using a computer, entering information accurately, and managing several requests during the day.

Training will be provided on the company systems and procedures.
