Customer Support Associate

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm
On-site | Permanent position

We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate who can listen, understand what a customer needs, and help move each request toward a solution.

You’ll work across a range of customer questions and service needs, using your communication skills and attention to detail to provide a professional experience from the first interaction to the final follow-up.

Your Focus

• Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate next step
• Handle questions through phone, email, and other business channels
• Resolve straightforward concerns and requests
• Follow up when an issue requires further action
• Work with internal teams to coordinate customer requests
• Keep customer information and notes accurate
• Explain services, processes, and next steps clearly
• Recognize when an issue needs to be escalated

What You Bring

We value communication, reliability, and a genuine focus on helping people.

Customer service experience is useful, but backgrounds in retail, hospitality, administration, sales, reception, or other customer-facing roles are also relevant.

You should be comfortable using computers, communicating professionally, and managing several requests while staying organized.

Training is provided.
