About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound customer enquiries and ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer communication through phone, WhatsApp and email.
Provide order updates.
Resolve product, delivery, return and replacement queries.
Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse teams.
Escalate important or unresolved issues.
Follow up until resolution.
Maintain customer records.

Requirements:

2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing or a related field.
Diploma holders with relevant e-commerce/customer-service experience may also be considered.
Strong communication, patience, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Experience with Unicommerce/EasyEcom.
Experience with WhatsApp Business, Engage360/similar CRM and Excel/Google Sheets.
