Customer Support Associate

Role & responsibilities:

• Handle queries from the users of a consumer app and resolve issues, explain the app and its workings to users and help them complete the usage cycle, register complaints and bugs and report to the app development teams, provide internal support in creating artefacts from the app.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Capabilities:

1. Proficient in spoken English.
2. Good grasp of popular mobile apps.
3. Proficient in email, WhatsApp and telephonic communication.
4. Working knowledge of word, excel, and PowerPoint presentation.
5. Good logical and critical thinking abilities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream

Experience:

• 3 years - 5 years
