Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Work Mode: On-site (No Work from Home)

Location: Greater Noida

Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( 1st and 3rd Saturdays off)

Shift Timing: 3:30 PM 12:30 AM

Cab Facility: Available after 9PM

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor and manage real-time exam-related issues via ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk).
• Provide prompt support through tickets, emails, and chat channels.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 support teams as required.
• Collaborate closely with the Examination Coordinator and Technical Team for timely issue resolution.
• Generate and validate exam codes as per defined processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain a high standard of customer experience

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-7 years in Customer Support / Helpdesk / Technical Support roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with Freshdesk or similar ticketing tools; basic troubleshooting knowledge
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
