About the role
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate for AI Chatbot platform. This is a full-time position based in Bangkok. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries efficiently, and representing our brand with professional service
Key responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and other communication channels
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, utilizing company policies and procedures
Set Standard and provide accurate information about products and services to customers
Identify and escalate complex issues to related teams
Prepare report and feedback to management team
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in any fields
Experience in a customer service role at least 3 years from Application Platform business
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving mindset
Think creatively and find practical solutions
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
