Customer Support Associate

· Conduct Verification process as per clients request

· Initiates the Verification/ Cases allocated daily as per Company’s guidelines

· Making and updating of reports

· Follow up on call or through email with the concerned entity for verification closure

· Daily monitoring and updating of trackers

· Preparing and sorting of documents for data entry

· Entering information (data entry) provided by clients into reports, trackers and server

· Conducting verification to entities depending on the mode of verification (call, email, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
