Customer Support Associate

ShopGlobal is a leading cross-border e-commerce company managing brands across global marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Noon, Walmart, Lazada, and Shopee.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via email, chat, and marketplace messages.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (90%+ positive reviews).
• Resolve Amazon A-to-Z claims and minimize avoidable claims.
• Manage returns, refunds, and product retention.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations for return verification.
• Recover and restock eligible returned products.
• Prepare customer service reports and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of customer service or e-commerce experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Amazon/e-commerce support preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
